A technical picture that illustrates how different stakeholder groups differ in terms of their Power and Interest is called a “Grid Matrix for Stakeholder Engagement.” The most common stakeholders include clients, employees in management, investors, and others. Depending on their roles, stakeholders may be internal (owners, workers) or external (customers, vendors, etc). (clients, investors, suppliers).

For easy understanding, the four sections of this gird are each assigned a distinct colour, such as yellow, blue, green, or red. These stakeholder responsibilities can be altered, either internally or externally, along the two sides of the ribbon. They can also be added or removed. This provides a complete report from the stakeholder engagement matrix as a whole.
