Grid Matrix for Stakeholder Engagement is a technical diagram that shows how different stakeholder groups differ in terms of their Power and Interest. Customers, managerial personnel, investors, and others are the most prevalent stakeholders. Stakeholders might be internal (owners, employees) or external (customers, vendors, etc.) depending on their roles (clients, investors, suppliers).

The four sections of this gird are colored differently for easier interpretation, such as yellow, blue, green, and red.  These stakeholder roles can be added or removed, and they can be arranged as internal or external along the two sides of the ribbon. The entire stakeholder engagement matrix creates a full report in this manner.
