Agile Sprint PowerPoint Template

Traditional brainstorming tools for retrospective meetings are sticky notes on a board. This PowerPoint template is designed to look like a whiteboard with sticky notes, which will be quite useful during virtual meetings. Project teams use the sprint retrospective as a scrum technique.

The goal of a sprint retrospective is for the team to evaluate itself and make strategies for improvement for the following sprint cycle. It happens at the end of each sprint review and before the start of the next sprint planning. The goal of these retrospective meetings is to examine team connections, tools, what went well, and what lessons were learned.

The approach to development in an agile setting is iterative and incremental. At the end of each iteration, retrospective meetings are held to reflect on the previous iteration’s actions and make suggestions for future improvements. Whereas scrum is an agile approach with often changing needs, the emphasis is on achieving maximum commercial value.
